The far right is the forstner showing the shape that cuts the wood before chiseling the body of the hole.

The two reshaped bits to the left are twist drills cut with a dremel cut off abrasive disk. The far left is a standard twist drill bit.

Compare to a forstner and make the cutting edges as appropriate. Even a very crude shape will cut decent holes in hard wood.
